The Leidos Intelligence Production Solutions Division is seeking a dynamic and visionary Geospatial Program Manager with Fixed Price Project/Program Manager experience. Leidos is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Geospatial Program Manager to work onsite and support the Program Management Office (PMO) by providing strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and comprehensive program support.

This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a diverse set of geospatial disciplines that deliver high-quality services and products that contribute to commercial intel mission. The ideal candidate will not only support day-to-day operations but can also drive innovation by integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and scalability of production workflows. By leveraging emerging technologies, the GEOINT PM will help evolve the team’s capabilities—delivering measurable value and impact to both the supported customer and Leidos—while ensuring all project activities are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and performance.
Duties
- Plan, organize and utilize resources to successfully staff and meet program objectives
- Manage costs, schedules, reporting, and subcontract compliance
- Verify and validate the quality, content, and prompt delivery of all task and contractual deliverables associated with the program
- Submit weekly activity reports as well as monthly and quarterly status reviews
- Report all significant technical challenges, problems, issues, as soon as they are discovered to Leidos and customer management, as appropriate
- Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality deliverables
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members
Skills and Experience:
Basic Qualifications
- ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8 years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 years of prior relevant experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Fixed Price contracts and managing project financials
- Demonstrated experience managing Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts, including oversight of scope, schedule, cost, and risk to ensure mission performance and contract success
- Proven ability to serve as the primary representative to the Government, guiding decisions about contract performance, shaping technical and cost proposals, and managing subcontractor relationships effectively
- Demonstrated experience managing Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) within customer footprints, with a focus on geospatial work and mission-critical operations
- Proven ability to oversee staffing, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with customer objectives and geospatial intelligence requirements
- Must have prior geospatial experience either technically or via managing geospatial solutions
Desired
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Candidates must complete their PMP within 1-year of start.
- Demonstrated history of innovation within the intelligence or geospatial analysis community, including the development or implementation of new tools, methodologies, or workflows that enhance mission effectiveness.
- Familiarity with emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, tools, and methodologies, with an understanding of their applications, implications, and integration into daily geospatial and intelligence workflows.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
