A BC/BE Pediatrician is sought for a hospital-employed outpatient clinic in Fort Kent, Maine, offering a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or inpatient duties. The role includes directorship responsibilities in developing Pediatric Services within a collaborative medical team, supported by advanced facilities and a comprehensive benefits package. We re seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a well-established outpatient clinic in a charming town in Fort Kent, Maine. This is a hospital-employed opportunity that combines rewarding practice with an incredible quality of life.
The Opportunity:
- Monday Friday schedule with no weekend clinic hours
- No call
- No inpatient responsibilities supported by a dedicated hospitalist team and 24/7 ER coverage
- Directorship role- lead the development of Pediatric Services
- Collaborative, collegial team of experienced physicians and NPs

Compensation & Benefits:
- $250,000 base salary plus RVU bonus (negotiable based on experience)
