• ERCP: Required
• EUS: Preferred
• Patient Volume: patients/day
• Support Staff: Full complement of GI support staff; specific team includes up to 4 APPs and additional nursing/support resources (exact distribution TBD)
• EMR: Cerner

Additional Information:

• Holiday Coverage: Coverage not required on major holidays unless dates overlap (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve half day )
• Travel & Lodging: Covered by the vendor
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• Telehealth: Available and supported

Provider Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required in Gastroenterology
• Licensure: Must have or be eligible for Wisconsin medical license
• Certifications: Current DEA; ERCP competency required, EUS preferred
• Experience: Inpatient gastroenterology experience with procedure capabilities
