The practice focuses on patient-centered, personalized care, offering comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management with an emphasis on accessibility and coordinated treatment. As a nonprofit organization, we also engage in teaching and support graduate medical education. About the Opportunity: Total outpatient Shared call with a large call pool Resident and Medical Student Teaching The hospital is a 160-bed acute care community hospital employing more than 300 medical providers Provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model Compensation and Benefits: Base salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures Benefits include medical, vision, dental (including orthodontic coverage), a 401 (k) plan with employer match, and a CME allowance.
