Requires Washington medical license, board certification/eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine (or related specialties), at least 2 years clinical experience, and ability to perform range-of-motion and strength testing with independent documentation. Flexible, travel-included PRN work with competitive hourly pay and background/credentialing requirements.
Locum - Physician - General Medicine WA

Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in Washington State
- Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or related general medicine specialties
- Proven experience in conducting compensation and pension exams or similar interview-based assessments
- Ability to perform physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage documentation and report submission
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working with Veterans or in government contracting environments
- Familiarity with VA or military medical evaluation procedures
- Certification in relevant medical assessments or examinations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in general medicine or related fields
- Prior experience performing C&P exams advantageous but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
- Must reside within 30 miles of assigned locations or have your own fully equipped office space
- Willingness to work days on a PRN basis, including partial-day and full-day shifts
- Travel is included in the pay rate when working locally
- Capacity to complete administrative follow-up work (addendums, reports, diagnostics)
- Background checks and credentialing process completion prior to onboarding
