Job Summary:
True Progress Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in West Deptford, NJ. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills in children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior to inform treatment decisions
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide parent training and education to enhance caregiver-child interactions and promote generalization of skills
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education, Human Services)
1+ years of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
RBT certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
