Job Overview
A Home Health agency in the heart of Boston is seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Registered Nurse to join their team. This opportunity is open to both travel and local candidates and offers flexible scheduling, bonus potential, and the chance to provide one-on-one care where your clinical judgment truly makes an impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout downtown Boston and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on condition management and preventive care.
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage documentation efficiently while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (or Compact state).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in Home Health, Acute Care, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort with independent home visits and patient interaction.
- OASIS experience preferred but not required.
Location: Downtown Boston and nearby areas including North End, South End, Back Bay, Roxbury, and Fenway. Schedule: Flexible — open to 4-day or 3-day work weeks. Productivity: Standard 27–30 productivity points/week, with additional bonus pay for exceeding targets. Performance Incentives: Annual Clinical Score Card bonuses (up to $5,000/year for full-time clinicians). Mileage Reimbursement: $0.68/mile. Local and travel candidates both accepted. Flexible Home Health RN opening in Boston. Local or travel candidates accepted. Open to 4-day or 3-day schedules. Prefer nurses with Home Health, OASIS, Acute, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing experience.
