- Full-time, 4 days per week, Days shift, 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population within an acute care hospital setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individual treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and plan adjustments using Cerner charting system.
- Float within scope to different units or affiliate facilities as needed, ensuring continuous patient care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Valid Illinois state license in good standing.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and float as required.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Social Security Number (SSN) at submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Level II Trauma center or acute care hospital.
- Familiarity with Cerner charting system.
- Willingness to work holiday shifts as required.
