The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) assesses client needs, develops treatment plans, and oversees the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This hybrid role involves onsite client observation, staff training, and collaboration with clinical teams. The BCBA provides supervision to support staff and trainees and facilitates certification maintenance and communication among clients, caregivers, and clinicians.

Work setting: Hybrid: 2 3 Onsite Days/Week)
Pay: $85,000 - 100,000/Year
The BCBA serves as the clinical expert for assigned clients by assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality ABA services. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week onsite for client observation, staff training, and collaboration with the clinical team.
The BCBA provides supervision to direct support staff, BACB fieldwork trainees, and RBTs. Responsibilities include supporting RBT certification maintenance, conducting monthly clinical staff training, and serving as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and the clinical team.
