Hospital-employed Ob/Gyn; outpatient OB, GYN surgery (robotic-capable ORs); collaborate with nurse midwives and laborists; full-time, permanent; located ~1 hour from Washington, DC. - Board Eligible/Certified (ACOG) within 5 years of training completion
- Experience with outpatient OB and GYN surgery
- Ability to work with midwives and participate in 1:5 backup call roster
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (license/DEA as required)
Full description
New program needing outpatient Ob/Gyn for about an hour from DC. Hospital employed seeing both obstetric patients in outpatient setting and doing GYN surgeries. Work with Nurse Midwives. Remodeled ORs with outpatient and inpatient OR capacity for robotic cases. Back up call only to nurse midwives and laborists of 1:5, but rarely needed to be called in. Must be BE/BC by ACOG within five years of completion of training. Three major airports within close proximity. Hospital employed with full benefits including sign on bonus, relocation, matching for retirement plans, etc.
