The Role:
•Location: Near Farmington, MO
•Assignment duration: Locum OBGYN needed starting as soon as credentialed and work for 3 months w/ option to extend
•Shift Details: 1 week/month 24hr call 7a-7a
•Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: cover 7 day stretches of call. Call can be done off site but must be present to hospital within 30 minutes.
•Department Description: At present, the call system is set to 1 and 2, with the FMOB requiring additional support from the OBGYN. The OB and ED departments will reach out for any in-house requirements, ensuring a response time of within 10 minutes
•Average: 534 deliveries per year
•Support Staff: 1 - OBGYN, 1 FMOB, 2 APP's
•Skills Required: Vaginal births, cesarean sections, tubal ligation, hysterectomy, and dilation and curettage (D;C) are performed.
•EMR: Epic
•Board Certification: Required
•License Required: Active MO license
•Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years
•Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
