Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position on a 12-hour night shift in a hospital birth center.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a hospital birth center within the Labor & Delivery specialty
- 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts
- Perform comprehensive care for laboring mothers and newborns in the birth center
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary maternity care team
- Thorough documentation and strong communication skills are essential
Requirements
- Active RN license required; pending license may be considered with proof of application
- Labor & Delivery experience required
- Two professional references from a supervisor or higher-level required prior to start
- Valid nursing certifications required
