Key Responsibilities
- Curate and oversee the wine program, including BTG selection, purchasing, and inventory management
- Deliver a world-class wine experience through thoughtful pairings and personalized guest recommendations
- Lead ongoing wine education and training for FOH staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership to drive wine sales and overall profitability
Qualifications
- Certified Sommelier with Court Masters Sommeliers
- Proven success in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Deep knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and pairing philosophies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training abilities
- Polished presentation, strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality
