Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends/Holidays: Rotating
Position Summary:
The Travel Pediatric Occupational Therapist will primarily provide outpatient pediatric therapy services, supporting children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. The role also includes coverage in the acute care setting during weekend and holiday rotations, as well as on high-cancellation days. Flexibility across care settings is essential.
Qualifications:
Active Mississippi Occupational Therapist (OT) license
BLS certification required
Minimum 1+ year of pediatric OT experience
Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver occupational therapy services in the acute care setting as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage
