Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. no nights or weekends

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the state of practice
