Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
Setting: Hospital-based / rounding
Responsibilities:
- Overnight hospital-based cardiovascular surgery coverage
- 24-hour cardiovascular surgery call coverage during scheduled nights and weekends
Required Procedures:
- Aneurysm Repair
- Carotid Artery Endarterectomy (CEA)
- Femoral Bypass Surgery
- Fistula procedures
- Endovascular and open surgical reconstruction for deep vein occlusions
- Endovascular therapy for peripheral artery disease (PAD)
- Endovascular therapy for gangrene of the limbs
- Treatment of vascular malformations
- Nutcracker syndrome
- Lymphedema
- Venous wounds
- Carotid stents
- Varicose veins

- Overnight coverage approximately 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Weekend call coverage 2 3 weekends per month (24-hour coverage)
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Vascular Surgery Required
- Completion of Vascular Surgery Fellowship Required
- Active Pennsylvania License Required
- BLS & ACLS Certification Required
- Clean Malpractice History Required
- Must follow rate structure Required
- Local provider Preferred
