Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board-Certified Anesthesiologists for a locum tenens opportunity at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This position offers a straightforward case mix, no CRNA supervision, and flexible call requirements within a VA healthcare setting.

Opportunity Details:

• Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA
• Contract Type: General Anesthesiologist Locum Tenens
• Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Shift Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Call Requirement: To be confirmed
  • When scheduled for on-call, providers must:
    • Be available within 15 minutes by phone
    • Be available onsite within 60 minutes if needed
• Practice Setting: 2 MD Model (No CRNAs)
• Travel & Lodging: All-inclusive
• EMR System

Case Types:

• General Anesthesia
• Bread-and-Butter Cases

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: ABA Board-Certified Anesthesiologist
• Licensure: ANY active and unrestricted U.S. state license is accepted
• Regional Blocks: TBD (To be confirmed)
