Job DescriptionThe MS/Tele Float RN will provide nursing care and support in an overhire float unit, working across various departments as needed. This role requires floating between units, delivering high-quality patient care in line with established nursing standards.
Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including interpretation of dysrhythmias.
- Administer medications and manage oxygen and airway support.
- Implement isolation precautions and manage peripheral line care.
- Participate in Rapid Response and Code team initiatives as necessary.
- Must possess an active New York RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience, including charge experience.
- EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement.
