Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology Unit position requiring a KS or compact state RN license and at least two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 35-bed oncology and general med/surg overflow unit
• Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30
• Patient population consists of oncology and general medical-surgical overflow patients
• 13-week assignment duration
• Must provide two separate professional references and a copy of driver’s license for consideration
• Submission materials must include skills checklist and copies of all certifications
• Covid vaccination is not required
• Local candidates accepted but subject to a different pay rate based on radius requirements
• Travelers may only apply to one position within the system at a time

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum of two years recent RN experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA required
• Nursys license verification and primary source verification required within 30 days before start
• US Social Security Number and US home address required
