Part-time retail-based lead generation role for ARS-Rescue Rooter in Woodbridge, VA scheduling weekend shifts to engage home improvement store customers about HVAC, air quality, and energy-efficiency services. The position pays $20/hr plus commission, requires canvassing store shoppers to book in-home consultations or sell simple tune-ups, and offers paid training with a potential path to Sales Advisor. Candidates must be 18+, able to stand for long periods, travel between store locations, attend weekly meetings, and pass a background check.
-Pay: $20 per hour + commission
-Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission
-Schedule: Saturday & Sunday only
-Location: Woodbridge, VA (Must be available to work at store locations throughout Northern VA)

-Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday between the hours of 9am-7pm

Responsibilities:Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors, or sell simple HVAC System Tune-Ups if the customer has a newer system that just needs a little touch from the pros at ARS.
Qualifications:What You Need:
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (potential holidays)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Must pass background check
