- Practice Type: General Urology, subspecialties welcome.
- Team: Collaborate with 2 experienced Urologists in a high-demand setting.
- Partnership & Ownership: Opportunity for partnership; shared ownership of lithotripsy machine and building.
- Technology: Access to DaVinci Si & Xi robotics (use is optional).
- Schedule: Full-time, combining clinic and surgical/procedures.
- Call Duty: 1:3 rotation (about 10 days per month).
- EMR: Paragon (AllScripts).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Income Guarantee: $650,000+ (base-neg.) for 2 years, plus production bonuses.
- Documented $750K+ after production
- Signing Bonus: $50,000-$100,000 Sign-on bonus
- Benefits: PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, health/dental/vision, 401k.
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000.
