We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to serve as the Medical Director for a freestanding inpatient rehabilitation hospital in the Greater Indianapolis, IN area. This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a dedicated rehabilitation team, collaborate with hospital administration, and shape the quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the medical and rehabilitation care of inpatients.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and manage patient care plans, ensuring individualized treatment approaches.
• Address complex medical rehabilitation challenges and provide expert clinical guidance.
• Monitor and optimize therapeutic interventions to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to enhance recovery and patient satisfaction.

Qualification:

• MD or DO
• lndiana License
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR)
• DEA license
