Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med Surg/Telemetry night shift position requiring an active MO or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is on the 7E Medical Admit Unit, caring for a med surg/telemetry patient population
- Work is performed in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule consists of four 12-hour shifts, 19:00 to 07:00
- Assignment duration is 13 weeks
- Blocked scheduling may be available depending on facility needs
- Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
- Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible with a rate adjustment and contract limits apply
- Subcontractor staff within 50 miles can work a maximum of three consecutive 13-week contracts before a 1-year separation or transition to another facility is required
Requirements
- Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience required
- No gaps in employment of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is documented
- A valid U.S. Social Security Number is required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
