Job Responsibilities
- Suture removal and assessment of post-operative patients
- Diagnose and treat illnesses in the cardiac surgery patient population
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Write prescriptions and manage medications
- Coordination of care involving multidisciplinary teams
- Perform pre-operative physical exams and routine rounding in an ICU setting
Qualifications
- ANCC or AANP certification required
- Active OH license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Training and experience in cardiac surgery
- Providers must have a 100% clean background, with no exceptions
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- On-call responsibilities include 10 days per month and cover two weekends
