Schedule / Job Type

• Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Float between MedSurg and Labor & Delivery units, handling a small patient load of 1-2 patients per shift.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective delivery processes.
• Document patient progress and assist with newborn care as needed.
• Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or related specialty.
• Valid state RN license (must be active at submission).
• Ability to float to MedSurg units with minimal supervision.
• References verifying at least 2 years of experience in the specialty.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Idaho state license or compact license for flexibility.
• Experience working night shifts in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems.
