Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) provide anesthesia care in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center, managing a high volume of surgical cases across various patient groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. They perform advanced anesthesia procedures such as general surgical anesthesia, IV regional and spinal anesthesia, ventilation management, and support in specialized labs under anesthesiologist supervision. This role requires board certification, relevant licenses, trauma experience, and offers competitive pay in a collaborative hospital environment.

Position Highlights:Pay Rate: $250/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Setting: Hospital-based Level 1 Trauma Center
Start Date: ASAP & Ongoing
EMR: Epic
Model: ACT (Care Team) Supervised by Anesthesiologists
Case Load: 60 cases/day 25 ORs
Patient Mix: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatric (Few Peds)
Team Culture: Collegial, fast-paced, and supportive
Malpractice: Comprehensive, covered
General Surgical Anesthesia (Adult & Pediatric)
IV Regional & Spinal Anesthesia
Ventilation Management
Neurosurgical Cases
Arterial & Central Line Placement
MRI, Endoscopy, IR, EP Lab Support
Board Certified CRNARequired
Active MI LicenseRequired
BLS, ACLS, PALS CertificationsRequired
