Executive Chef Requirements:
- 2-3 years prior experience in an Exec Chef position
- HANDS-ON Chef with a background in multi-unit concepts used to systems and routines
- Reports to General Manager and Owners
- Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time
- Experience in quality scratch kitchens
- Used to high volume sales
- Professional image & demeanor
