About the Role:
Join a reputable and growing aesthetics practice in North Phoenix providing cutting-edge cosmetic and wellness services. We re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner who s passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through customized, high-quality care.
Details:
- Schedule: 32 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays
- Patient Volume: clients per day
- Population: Adults only
- EMR: Boulevard
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer neurotoxin, dermal filler, IV therapy, vitamin injections, medical weight loss, and laser treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations and design individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on pre- and post-care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service experiences
- Recommend and promote complementary products and services
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, manage inventory, and accurately document client care
- Collaborate closely with estheticians and clinical staff to deliver seamless care
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arizona
- Laser Security Officer certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or related clinical field preferred
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Strong ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to business needs
- Team-oriented with a proactive, independent work ethic
Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience and degree - $120,000 range
