We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Arizona. This remote opportunity begins on Dec 15, 2025, offers a 48-day contract, and features flexible hours with evaluations conducted within 24 hours of patient coordinator contact, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience with Motor Vehicle Accident assessments and hold at least 10 to 15 active state licenses.

Responsibilities and Duties- Perform remote evaluations related to Motor Vehicle Accident cases
- Complete patient assessments within 24 hours of being contacted by the patient coordinator
- Deliver high-quality, timely documentation of findings and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state licensure requirements
Additional Information- Minimum of 10 to 15 active state licenses required
- Experience in Motor Vehicle Accident assessments is essential
