- BLS and ACLS required
- Eligible for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Experience with OR, cath/hybrid procedures and vascular lab reads
- Available for weekend and holiday call

Job Description & Requirements Vascular Surgery Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $3104.00 - $3360.00 This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: Monday -Friday (Midland Clinic), Weekend Call 1:3-Ocassional 2 weekends a month
· Practice Setting: Inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic
· Types of Cases: procedures and surgery utilizing Cath/hybrid/Operating Room /Vascular lab, week and weekend call coverage, holiday call coverage, vascular testing reads
· Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC/Dragon
· Certifications Required: Board Certified/Board Eligible, Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
· Licensure Required: Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
