The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Memory Care provides personal care and medication assistance to senior residents, ensuring their well-being and supporting daily living activities. The role requires certification as a Medication Aide and focuses on engagement, monitoring care needs, and collaborating with nursing staff. Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Nursing, Aide, Certified Medication Aide, Licensed Medication Aide, Med Tech, Medication Technician
Salary range: USD $21.75 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
