The Nurse Educator - Neonatal ICU at St. Louis Children’s Hospital develops and implements education and professional development programs to optimize clinical staff performance and patient outcomes. This part-time role involves assessing educational needs, collaborating with staff and leadership, and promoting safety and regulatory compliance in a specialized pediatric healthcare setting. Candidates should hold an RN license with a nursing degree and clinical education experience in neonatal care preferred.
