This role oversees emergency and trauma services for the medical center, blending approximately 15% administrative work with 85% clinical care. Physicians in this position typically work 12 to 14,12-hour shifts per month and play a key role in evaluating and reviewing medical staff performance, assessing emergency department efficiency, and driving ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
