Seeking board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiology physicians (MD/DO) for on-site inpatient locum coverage in California at a stroke-certified, Level III trauma facility. Providers must commit to a minimum of five shifts/month across rotating day, evening, night, weekend, and 24-hour call schedules (guaranteed 8 hours/shift; overtime after 12 hours) and hold an active California medical license; Epic EMR experience preferred. Role includes orientation, team-based scheduling, beeper/remote weekend call, and offered credentialing/licensing assistance (90–120 days).

- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. Seeking 4 6 locum anesthesia providers who can commit to a minimum of five shifts per month with availability for nights, weekends, and the last week of each month, and who are willing to work all shift types as part of a shared, team-based schedule. Providers will rotate through weekday day shifts starting at 7am for 8 12 hours, weekday evening shifts from 3pm 11pm, weekday night shifts from 7pm 7am with second call from 7pm 11pm and first call after 11pm, as well as weekend day, night, and 24-hour call rotations, all on a beeper-call basis with weekend call covered remotely. Guaranteed hours are 8 per shift, with overtime applying after 12 hours and requiring prior medical director approval by the end of the shift. Night and weekend assignments will begin only after providers complete initial day-shift orientation with the team, and candidates must be flexible, collaborative, and willing to participate in the full rotation to ensure balanced coverage across all shifts.
