Hospital-employed Family Physician, outpatient-only, various clinic locations ~45 minutes from Milwaukee; permanent full-time with 4-day week options; admissions/hospital coverage handled by hospitalists. - MD/DO or equivalent licensed to practice in WI
- Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Primary Care
- Eligible for hospital privileges and DEA licensure

Recruitment Package may include: Base salary + wRVU production incentive, CME allowance, 75k Sign-on bonus, Quarterly production bonuses, Medical debt assistance + Consultative services, Relocation allowance, Residency stipend, Paid malpractice coverage, Health benefits + Retirement plan.
