Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Certifications Requirements: State pharmacy license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and optionally Pharmacy Residency Certification.
• Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience, including prior experience with chemotherapy drugs.
• Other Requirements: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
