Key Requirements- Licensure: Valid state-issued license
- Required Qualifications: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
- Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NPTE for PTAs
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Vaccination: Required as per facility policy
- Credentialing Timeline: Completed within 30 days of start
