Are you a seasoned litigator who thrives in the courtroom and is driven to deliver justice for the injured? Our client, a highly respected personal injury firm, is looking for a skilled Trial Attorney to take the lead on complex, high-value cases. What You’ll Do:
· Take ownership of significant personal injury cases from intake through trial in NC District and Superior Courts
· Build winning strategies through investigation, discovery, motion practice, and expert collaboration
· Conduct depositions, manage negotiations, and argue motions with confidence
· Present cases at trial, including direct/cross examinations and persuasive jury advocacy
· Guide clients through the litigation process with clarity and compassion
· Share knowledge with junior attorneys and contribute to a high-performing litigation team
What We’re Looking For:
· J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
· Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (South Carolina admission a plus)
· 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in NC courts
· Strong trial record and ability to manage cases independently
· Mastery of civil procedure, litigation tactics, and courtroom advocacy
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with poise under pressure
