Immediate hospital salary support + pathway to equal partnership and ASC/real estate ownership in 2 years. BC/BE Urologist, permanent full-time in coastal North Carolina. Clinic: 5 exam rooms, private office; Hospital: 2 ORs, 2 scope rooms, 5 recovery bays. Schedule Mon–Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–12pm. Call 1:4 incl. weekends. Base salary up to $450K + production incentives; loan repayment, signing bonus, relocation, benefits, profit-sharing. - BC/BE Urologist - Eligible for NC medical license - Comfortable with 60–73 clinic visits and ~10 procedures/week - Experience with cystoscopy, lithotripsy, TURP, prostate biopsy, stoma care

Seeking a BC/BE Urologist for a multi-specialty group - 5 exam rooms - Private office and large lobby located behind the hospital - 2 ORs, 2 scope rooms and 5 recovery bays Monday ? Thursday 8am ? 5pm, Friday 8a ? 12p Call is 1:4 including weekends See up to 73 patients and 10 procedures per week Procedures include: Cystourethroscopy, Bladder Installation of Carcinogenic agent, Lithotripsy, Prostate Biopsy, Hydrocele, Ileoscopy via stoma, change of cystostomy tube, Transurethral resection of Prostate Base salary up to $450k with production incentives Equal Partnership in 2 years, Ownership in Real Estate and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
