Sign-on bonus available for eligible external candidates. Weekend Occupational Therapist role at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital (Mount Vernon) and Mary’s Hospital (Centralia). Weekend shift: Saturdays & Sundays, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (10–12 hr shifts). Permanent, hourly position with comprehensive benefits and flexible pay options. - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required for state licensure)
- Active state OT license (IL required; other state boards listed)
- BLS HCP within 90 days of hire

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy, or related ~ Weekend Shift-Saturday & Sunday ~7:00AM-5:30PM-10-12 hours per shift ~ Mary’s Hospital in Centralia and Good Samaritan in Mount Vernon.

Frequent walking, reaching, gripping and keyboard use/data entry. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 day of employment. Occupational Therapist - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
