Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Cook to join their team. As a Production Cook, you will be part of the kitchen operations supporting high-volume food preparation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Cook
Location: Elmsford, NY
Pay Range: 21-24/hr. based on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

What's the Job?
- Prepare large batches of food following established recipes to ensure quality and consistency
- Operate industrial kitchen equipment such as slicers, ovens, fryers, and mixers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory, assist with food supply movement, and ensure proper food rotation
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
What's Needed?
- Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment such as hospitals, universities, or schools
- Proficiency with kitchen tools and machinery, including strong knife skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
