Key Requirements- Licensure: Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Certifications: Active BLS issued through AHA
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Credentialing Timeline: Completed within 30 days of start
