- Schedule: 3 days/week for inpatient consults, infusion coverage, weekday call and outpatient clinic; 1 weekend/month locum coverage. Hours 7:00 - 1700

- Credentialing: 1 week
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification preferred in Oncology/Hematology
- Licensure: OH state license required; DEA required
