NP/PA in Occupational Medicine; Monday–Saturday schedule with rotating every-other or every-third Saturday; 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; permanent position near Kewanna, IN; 10-hour shifts; no call. - Active NP or PA license and credentialing - CLS/BLS certifications - Experience in Family Medicine or Occupational Medicine - Willingness to obtain Occupational Medicine certification if not already certified - Able to see all patient types

Seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join a permanent practice in Indiana Schedule would be Monday ???
