Group Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide support to sales team and the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Maximize hotel revenue by seeking out, identifying and fully qualifying hotel groups and catering business
- Adhering to the highest level of standards and policies for the hotel
- Other administrative duties as needed
Group Sales Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a hotel sales manager role. The ideal candidate has experience with boutique and/or luxury hotels.
- Ability to meet and exceed expectations, drive business forward
- High level of polish & professionalism with a positive personality
- Passion for hospitality and desire to grow with a boutique hotel brand
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
