High pay with up to $200K/yr for teams and $75–85K for solo drivers plus sign-on bonus. CDL-A Truck Driver roles (Solo or Team) on dedicated TX↔MI/NY lanes; OTR schedules: Solo — home weekly, ~3,000 mi/wk; Team — home every other week, ~6,000 mi/wk; 100% no-touch, 2017+ tractors with APU/fridge; full-time, ongoing positions. - 2 years CDL-A OTR experience required - Valid CDL-A license - Ability to run long-haul dedicated lanes - Must meet company driving and safety standards

Solo Drivers

Earn up to $0.55 CPM (with per diem)
$75,000–$85,000 per year

Home Weekly
3,000+ miles per week
Dedicated lanes: TX to MI or NY and back
100% No-Touch Freight
1,500–1,600 average length of haul
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus
$1,000 Transition Pay (must start prior to 2022)
Orientation Pay
Layover, Detention, Stop Breakdown Pay
Pre-Planned Loads
Benefits available after 30 days
APU Refrigerators in all tractors
2017 and newer equipment

Requirements

2 years CDL A OTR experience required

Team Drivers

Earn up to $0.80 CPM (with per diem)
$185,000–$200,000 per year (per team)

Home Every Other Week
6,000+ miles per week
Dedicated lanes: TX to MI or NY and back
100% No-Touch Freight
1,500–1,600 average length of haul
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus (per team)
Orientation Pay
