Client Service Associate – South Tampa

Client Service Associate Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recent client service experience with a Financial Advisor, either with an RIA or broker dealer. REQUIRED
- Current FINRA registration (Series 65 or SIE) is a plus. This position will require Series 65 (we will support you in obtaining it).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a tech-savvy mindset.
- Professionalism and confidentiality in managing sensitive client documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new software.
Client Service Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, handling a high volume of client interactions via phone, in-person, and virtually.
- Provide support for client inquiries and account-related tasks (ACH, Distributions, ACAT, Wire Transfers, Rollovers, Account Opening, Check Deposits, Trading, etc.).
- Utilize various tech platforms to manage client requests with exceptional accuracy.
- Guide clients through onboarding and assist them in navigating online platforms.
- Ensure compliance with firm and industry documentation requirements, rules, and regulations.
