Unit Birthing Center/Mother Baby # L&D Beds 34 total beds # OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections? 2 # Triage beds 2 Triage beds # Postpartum beds 14 # Births per day? Month? Year? 150-180 births a month on average. In 2022 they did 2,133 deliveries Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? 1:2 L&D & 1:3-4 couplets Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) RNs- BLS, ACLS, NRP; prefer intermediate or advanced FHM Common diagnoses/Types of patients 33 weeks and above. High risk, Preeclampsia, Diabetic, Psych/Social issues, positive elicit substance use Experience or 'Must have' skills Must have LDRP experience Must be comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating in c-sections. Must be comfortable assisting with catching baby and transitioning baby. Must have 2 years of experience, will consider someone with 1 year of experience if they have multiple prior travel experience
