- Schedule: M-F
- Role: some rounding at a rehab hospital and some SNF work
- Locations: Rehab facility is in Waukesha, WI
- Full Ancillary Staff
- Some Call
- Full Time
- Open to residents
- Salary: Prefers to pay as 1099, there is a percentage split with the hospital which is favorable for the physician
- They can do a W-2, if preferred
- Extra pay if applying for medical director
- Additional incentive pay
