What will you be doing?
- Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when beginning work
- Verify and feed raw materials into the production process while ensuring products produced meet quality and food safety standards
- Maintain accurate production records
- Monitor machinery for malfunctions
- Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues
- Clean workstation and equipment at shift-end
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, General Manufacturing Principles safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct
- Perform other duties as assigned
What do you bring?
- Must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, as required
- Must be able to work independently and/or on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in uncomfortable environments including hot, cold, wet and/or humid conditions with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals will occur. Possible exposure to nut allergens
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
